Any cures for male puffy nipples?

apparently alot of men have this condition and its rather annoying, if i squeeze my nipple it will shrink to a normal size for minute or so then just come right back, im even thinking about piercing them to reduce the swelling im a college student i cant afford surgery, and i know my insurance wouldnt cover it.

Best Answer:  What the cure is for "puffy" nipples depends on the cause. You are in college so it less likely a hormonal imbalance, which sometimes occurs during puberty causing the actual growth of female breast tissue in males. One thing you can do on your own to help diagnose the cause is to press on the nipple. If you feel a firm localized region of tissue just behind the nipple it can be gynecomastia. If it is soft then it can be a combination of fat and flabby muscle. In a few cases all three things can contribute to the problem. A mild gynecomastia condition can be masked by fat and flabby muscle. The only real way you will know what is wrong and what treatment is needed is by having a doctor examine you. For all you know right now it may be a simple matter of nutrition and exercise.

Exercise you chest muscles at the gym. i.e Bench press/ pushups etc... Should go away after a while.

Omg lol my bros nipples fill up like balloons sometimes! ;O its kinda disturbing and idk why it happens but i think he has milk hahaha idk am as lost as u are on this one.
